Delete your Dahabati account

Dahabati is an app by GreenZone (GREEN ZONE KİTABEVİ VE YAYINCILIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ). You can delete your Dahabati account and its data at any time.

1. Delete it in the app

1. Open the More tab, then Account.
2. Tap Delete account. The screen lists what will be deleted.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Sign in again to confirm it's you.

In short: More → Account → Delete account → Delete my account → sign in again.

Your account is deleted right away. If you cancel before confirming, nothing is deleted. Once you confirm, the deletion finishes even if you leave the app.

2. What we delete and what we keep

• Deleted: your account and profile, your price checks, your My Gold items, your photos and receipts, and your notification settings.
• Kept, with no link to you: records of subscription events (product, dates and store), for accounting, refunds and fraud checks.
• Kept briefly: technical logs, for security.

3. Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription; it keeps renewing until you cancel it in the App Store or Google Play:

• App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Google Play: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

4. If you can't use the app

If the app is no longer installed or you can't sign in, email info@greenzoneapps.com from your account's email address, with the subject Delete my account. We check that the request is yours and delete your account within 30 days.
