Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and GREEN ZONE KİTABEVİ VE YAYINCILIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("GreenZone", "we", "us"), which makes the Dahabati mobile app (ذهباتي). By using the app, you accept these Terms; if you don't, please don't use it.

1. What the app is

Dahabati helps you judge whether the price asked for a gold item is reasonable, by comparing what you enter with a reference gold price, and lets you keep a private record of your gold. It doesn't buy, sell, appraise, test, authenticate, insure or hold gold, and it isn't a marketplace.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the app. Some features need an account; you are responsible for keeping it secure and for everything done through it. You can delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy); this can't be undone and doesn't cancel a store subscription.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The app is free with limits. Dahabati Premium, an auto-renewing subscription, raises those limits (within its own fair-use limits) and unlocks more features. The store shows the price before you buy; some plans may start with a free trial.

Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. A subscription renews at the end of each period until you cancel it in the store (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before the period ends). A free trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. After you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds go through the store's own process; we can't refund purchases we didn't process. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and you will be told in advance, as the stores require. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. No financial or professional advice

Dahabati gives information, not advice: its results are estimates based on reference prices and the values you enter, not an appraisal, a test of the item, or investment, financial or tax advice.

Gold prices move, and sellers may price fairly for reasons the app can't see. Use your own judgement, and ask a qualified professional before an important purchase, sale or investment. Decisions you make using the app are yours.

5. Market data

Gold prices and exchange rates come from a market-data provider. They are reference prices refreshed on a schedule, not live quotes, and shop prices differ from them. We don't promise they are accurate, complete or always available, and we aren't liable for losses caused by late, missing or wrong data.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the app unlawfully or against anyone's rights, reverse-engineer or tamper with it, get around its security or plan limits, scrape or overload it by automated means, resell it or its data, or upload content you have no right to upload.

7. Your content

Photos, receipts and item details you add stay yours. You give us only the limited licence we need to store, process and show them to you in the app. We don't publish them, share them with other users, or use them for advertising.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its name, branding, design and software belong to GreenZone. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app, and nothing more.

9. Availability and disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the app "as is", without warranties, and don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or right for your needs. We may change, suspend or stop features at any time; if a change clearly reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we will tell you in advance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GreenZone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, for lost profit or opportunity, or for losses from purchase or sale decisions you make using the app. Where liability can't lawfully be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. This doesn't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited, including your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the law requires it; your licence to use the app then ends.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Bakırköy) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and your right to bring proceedings there.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app changes significantly; we will update the date above and announce important changes. Using the app after a change means you accept them.
