GREEN ZONE KİTABEVİ VE YAYINCILIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("GreenZone", "we") makes the Dahabati mobile app (ذهباتي). This policy explains what personal data the app collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. We are the data controller (veri sorumlusu).

1. What we collect

• Account details — when you sign in, the sign-in service you choose gives us your email address (or a relay address, if you choose to hide it), an account ID, and your name if it shares it. We never receive your password.
• Your settings — language, country (which decides the prices and currency you see) and weight unit.
• Price checks — karat, weight, the seller's price, country and currency, the results and the time.
• Your gold records — pieces you choose to record (such as name, karat, weight, price paid, purchase date and notes), and a summary we keep to show your totals and send value alerts.
• Photos — photos you add to a price check or a gold record, including receipts.
• Subscription details — your plan, how much of its limits you have used, and the purchase records (renewals, expiries, cancellations) the App Store or Google Play report to us. We also record when you are shown a subscription offer and any promo code you redeem. We never see or store your card or payment details.
• Notification token — if you allow notifications, a token that lets us send your device the alerts you turn on and announcements about the app.
• Usage and diagnostic data — feature use, crash reports, performance data, device model and system and app versions, an approximate country from your IP address, and app-integrity checks. Analytics and crash reports are not linked to your account.
• Technical logs — our servers keep short-lived technical logs, which can include your account ID or email address, for security and troubleshooting.
• Shared links — if you share something from the app, the link includes a short code derived from your account, so we can tell which shares bring new users; anyone who receives the link can see that code.

If you use the app without an account, your settings stay on your device and we receive only usage and diagnostic data.

Your price checks, gold records and photos are private to your account: other users can't see them.

2. How we use it

To run the app: manage your account, work out and keep your price checks and gold records, apply plan limits and manage subscriptions, send the notifications you allowed, keep the app working and secure, improve it, and meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

Under Türkiye's personal data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in keeping the app working, secure and improving, your consent for notifications (which you can withdraw in your phone's settings), and our legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We use these providers to run Dahabati. Each acts on our instructions and receives only what it needs for its job.

• Our authentication, hosting and database provider — sign-in, data and photo storage, server functions, notification delivery and app-integrity checks.
• Our analytics and crash-reporting provider — usage and diagnostic data.
• Our subscription-management provider — subscription status and purchase checks.
• The App Store and Google Play — purchases, billing and refunds.
• The sign-in service you choose — confirms who you are.
• Content-delivery services — deliver parts of the app to your device, and see your device's IP address to do so.

4. Transfers abroad

Our providers process data on servers outside Türkiye. We transfer data abroad only with the safeguards Turkish law requires (KVKK art. 9).

5. How long we keep it

• Price checks and their photos — deleted automatically after a set period that depends on your plan.
• Gold records and their photos — until you delete them or your account.
• Other account data — while your account exists, or less (such as records of subscription offers you were shown).
• Subscription records — while your account exists; after that, kept without any link to you (see section 7).
• Usage and diagnostic data — for our analytics and crash-reporting provider's standard retention period.
• Technical logs — for our hosting provider's log-retention period.
• Settings stored on your device — until you uninstall the app.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK (art. 11) you can ask whether and how we process your personal data and who we share it with, ask us to correct or delete it and tell those we shared it with, object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis, claim compensation for unlawful processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. If you live outside Türkiye, the law where you live may give you further rights.

To use a right, or to object to any of our processing, email info@greenzoneapps.com from your account's email address. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. It is deleted right away, together with your profile, price checks, gold records, photos and receipts, notification tokens and settings, promo-code redemptions and the records of subscription offers you were shown. We also ask our subscription-management provider to delete its record of you.

We keep the records of subscription events (product, dates and store) with every link to you removed, for accounting, refunds and fraud checks, and because the law may require us to keep some of them. Analytics and crash reports aren't linked to your account, and technical logs are short-lived; both expire as section 5 describes.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: it is billed by the App Store or Google Play and keeps renewing until you cancel it there.

8. Security

Our providers encrypt data in transit and at rest, and access rules let each signed-in user reach only their own data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Children

Dahabati is not for children. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to have an account. We don't knowingly collect children's data; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

10. The Dahabati website

This policy also covers the Dahabati website. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, including visitors' IP addresses. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes significantly; we will update the date above and announce important changes. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
